Well as the title says it is a new year. Jan 1st of 2014 and I'm still here kicking. I am doing better this year than I was last year at this time. Questions have been answered and hearts have mended with a new friendship being formed.I had goals last year, the same ones I've had for a long time but last year my heart was not into anything and my goals were not met. This year I have a new determination, a new supporting friend and a new way to achieve the overall goals. I think with the new wording that it shall be more positive in its being there instead of always sounding so negative.
I choose to become a healthier person this year in all ways I can. In doing this I will walk more on my treadmill, working my way to longer walks on it and quicker ones (working slowly so I can keep from setting off my carpel tunnel in my ankle). I am going to be logging my foods daily and working towards dropping my daily calorie counts as well as logging my exercise. I believe with pushing myself to keeping these two things and working at them daily that I will begin living a healthier life.
Another thing I do plan on achieving this year is the ability to save more money so that I can continue a life without using credit to purchase the little things (except my Lane Bryant card, I get too many perks with using it but do pay it off each month). This past year I used the pay from an extra job at school to pay for Christmas and I know that extra job may not always be available so I would like to start saving up long before then.
I pray that each of you who read this have an amazing new year and that the best day of 2013 be the same as your worst day in 2014.
Yay for goals and for being motivated to achieve them! We both know you can do anything you set your mind to. I also love how you've updated your blog. It's so colorful!
ReplyDeleteIf I have the right support and friends to help kick my butt when I need it then yes I can do this.
DeleteThanks for the compliment on my blog, you know how I love my colors everywhere.
